本文將基膠端羚基聚二甲基硅氧烷和部分填料及添加劑作為A組分，將烷氧基硅烷和另外一些填料及添加劑作為B組分，在A組分內預先控制其含有一定量的水分，方便調整MS密封膠的固化速度。同單組分MS密封膠相同，雙組分MS密封膠也采用二月桂酸二丁基錫催化劑。
本文選用重質碳酸鈣、石英粉、輕質碳酸鈣為填料，通過調整輕質碳酸鈣與石英粉的比例來控制MS密封膠的觸變性及流動性，調節MS密封膠的稠度，并通過調整硅油的量和粘度可以控制MS密封膠的粘度，從而實現灌注施工。使用時將A,B組分按照一定的比例混合即可施工。
(1)本文通過對MS密封膠的基料篩選，硫化體系、填料體系和增粘體系的優化和復配，及配方設計工藝研究，最終確定出船舶用MS密封膠的配方為:
單組分MS密封膠:107膠:100份，C$C0,;100份，Si仇:2份，二月桂酸二丁基錫:1. 25份，偶聯劑:4份，Ti有機絡合物:2. 5份。
雙組分MS密封膠:A組分:107膠(3萬厘泊);100份，輕質CaC03;130份，石英粉:100份，硅油(100厘泊);20份;B組分:正硅酸丙醋;100份，炭黑:75份，偶聯劑:30份，二月桂酸二丁基錫;3份，硅油(100涯泊); 30份。
(2)本文通過組分對性能影響分析進行MS密封膠研制的思路是可行的，按此思路研制出的單組分和雙組分專用MS密封膠能夠分別滿足船舶防腐蝕的一般密封和灌注定型兩方面的使用要求。http://www.opzq.cn/
